Who I am

My name is Cristian Juncos. I am a Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga Instructor.

I offer programs, workshops, talks and content with the purpose ofcultivate positive qualities in the mind that help us to bemore present, in a stable and continuous way, as a door tolive better and with less stress.

I have been practicing Meditation and Yoga since 2015. My training in these disciplines has initially taken place over a period of5 years traveling through Asia and Europe, which have helped me deepen my personal practicereceiving teachings from great teachers within Buddhism and Yoga.

In 2016 I did my Yoga Teacher Training in India and since that period I participated in different silent meditation courses and retreats, mainly in India, Thailand and Myanmar. In these Monasteries,I have learned the practice of Mindfulness from its roots, cultivating it continuously in the different activities of the day.

In 2019, I began Teacher Training in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR), currently being a Level 1 Instructor of said program.


I conceive the practice of Mindfulness as a bridge and vehicle.


Asbridgebecause it connectsancient teachings of meditation and yoga, with theneeds of our days related to our well-being and health.

Asvehicle, becauseconstantly transports us to the present at all times and in all places, regardless of the role or field in which we perform.
